Footie Friends
A full-stack meetup app developed as the final project during my time at the SOC.
Overview
Footie Friends is a platform designed to help parents organize and join local football meetups for children aged 7-12. This final week project at the School Of Code required us to create a full-stack app in just 2 days. It was a valuable experience in time management and collaboration, as we worked efficiently under tight deadlines while leveraging each team member’s strengths. Using agile methodologies, we planned tasks and prioritized features, allowing us to adapt to challenges. The project enhanced our technical skills in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, while fostering a sense of community as we shared ideas and celebrated our achievements. I would definitely do it again!
